Scosche Makes Bluetooth Simple
Scosche is known throughout the industry as a leader and innovator in installation accessories and vehicle-specific car audio installation parts, not to mention their expert technical support and R&D team. But another area where Scosche has recently excelled is the Bluetooth accessory industry. The BlueLife line from Scosche is a collection of pretty unique, easy-to-use, easy-to-install accessories that won't break the bank getting you connected. The collection includes anything from feature-packed OEM Bluetooth adapters that add Bluetooth functionality and mobile phone control to your OEM radio, to home audio solutions, and even extremely simple and universal interfaces.
One of the newest additions to the Universal line of BlueLife products is the DIYBRH. ...the handy device features a standard 3.5mm audio connector that plugs into the aux-in jack of your radio. The kit has a built-in microphone and when used as a handsfree cellular phone kit, phone calls are piped through the vehicle's audio system via the auxiliary input. The built-in mic features DSP Echo Cancellation to makes sure every call is received crystal clear. A mini-USB port on the DIYBRH also adds charging capability to any USB-powered device (USB cable not included). If you want to add Bluetooth to your iPod, you can also add Scosche's iPod-specific IPBtt or TZ4, which plugs into the bottom of the iPod and transmits your iPod audio wirelessly to a Bluetooth receiver.
The simplicity of this solution means you can take it from car to car (as long as it has an input jack) and use it with just about any Bluetooth enabled phone or portable audio device. If you want to add Bluetooth to your portable audio device, make sure to check out Scosche's handy IUBTT, or pick up the DIYBRH and the IUBTT in a complete package.
We're going to try to get our hands on some of Scoshce's cool gear for a few hands-on trials and we'll report back to you to let you know how it works out. Really, Scosche has all kinds of creative solutions for your iPod adapter, portable audio device, or cell phone - a little bit of something for everyone. Make sure to check it all out at their recently re-designed website!
