XM Partners With Blackberry For Streaming Content
XM Radio and Blackberry have announced that Blackberry users will be able to stream up to 20 channels of XM music content directly to their Blackberry phones. Much like the Apple iPhone, users will be able to listen to streaming music while using their other functions on their Blackberry. The service will run $7.99 a month and include commercial free music channels and comedy.
I remember Sprint had a deal with Sirius not too long ago (not sure if they still do) that would let me stream Sirius content to my Samsung A900 phone, although I never used it. However, as more phones merge into multimedia devices, this kind of tech is going to be a pretty common feature. I do wish I had Sirius on my iPhone... But I doubt that will ever happen. What do you guys think? Would you use this service (or Sirius) on your phone?'
