Video: EGO Bluetooth Product Walk Through

PAC's new EGO line of Bluetooth products are some of the hottest-looking hands-free devices I've come across in a while. I'm a huge fan of the piano black finish that's carried over across the entire line.

EGO offers five different models, with a little something for everybody. All but one of the EGOs are designed for permanent installation in your car, and as you move up the line the technology and cool factor increases. I'd actually have a tough time deciding which one I'd choose for my own car....

The Cup is a cool universal model that fits into most cup holders and features a built-in noise-canceling microphone and speakerphone. I'm particularly fond of the "hidden button" look found on this and the next two hands-free devices. The Cup is pretty basic, no A2DP stereo streaming for your MP3s, not text-to-speech, but its simplicity and convenience makes it an attractive low-cost, low-hassle Bluetooth solution. Next in line is the Talk. Its small footprint makes it easy to install anywhere and has an OEM-look that integrates well into just about any car. The Flash is similar to the Talk, but adds a cool OLED display for caller ID, phonebook scrolling, MP3 info, etc. The Flash is also the first in the line to add voice-to-text and text-to-voice technology. However, EGO's Look starts to really grab my gadget-geek attention because it features a cool LCD display, and since I'm a German car fan, I really like the i-Drive style controller (EGO calls it iGrip). But if you REALLY want to pimp it, you'd go with the EGO Drive, which incorporates a 4.3" touchscreen navigation, iGrip, displays SMS messages on the screen (or reads them to you), and so much more. EGO really did their homework when designing the line.

Which would I choose? It's honestly a toss-up between the Flash and the Look. There are tons of places I could mount the Flash, but the Look would er, look, great mounted on my steering column. Which would you choose?
