Every once in a while I like to go through SoundDomain's incoming "referral" URLs to see where our traffic is coming from. Typical stuff usually, forums, Google, CarDomain, an occasional blog linking to one of ours... Nothing out of the ordinary. However, I was little surprised to see traffic come from this site. We got a mention from Doug Newcomb's Car Audio for Dummies! Pretty cool. Our forums are known as a great resource to new kids on the car audio block (NKOTCAB?), so I guess I can't be too shocked. Our moderators and admins do a great job of maintaining sanity in the forums. Our members are pretty friendly as well; we don't typically yell at you if you don't use the search. I've read a few other car audio books in my time (Car Stereo Cookbook, MECP Installer Guide, MECP Mobile Product Specialist Guide, Auto Audio, etc), but not this one yet. However, since Doug Newcomb is the author you can almost guarantee that if you're just getting started in this hobby/career, this should make a great addition to your bookshelf.
