3G iPhone Pics Leaked. This Time For Real?

OK, so here we have a few more photos possibly of the new 3G iPhone that popped up on a Chinese website. I find these a bit more believable than the last ones though. There are a few prototype production phones rumored to be floating around, and according to a few other sources, this design seems to be a possibility:

• Will be about the same size and shape as the first gen
• Will have 3G
• Actual GPS, not cellphone triangulation
• Back of the phone will not be metal. Phone will be glossy black, but maybe white (as seen here) is a possibility
• The volume buttons will be chrome
• Not as angular
• The battery is not removable
• Slightly thicker than the first iPhone
• The headphone will be flush with the body, not recessed
• Probably the same screen as the current phone

Sneak Peek: New Fi BTL Subwoofers!

Good 'ol Steve Meade coming through with a  new product preview.... Steve's been a long-time supporter and promoter of Fi Car Audio subwoofers, so when it came time for the new and improved BTL subwoofers to come out, Mr. Meade was able to get his hands on a few before they are made publicly available. Lucky guy. The new BTL's feature an all-new wider, flatter motor structure (not as tall as the previous model). Steve snapped a few shots of the new woofer and put together a brief video show-n-tell. In the video we get to see an complete 360 of the woofer as well as a comparo to the old Fi BTL and a 10" Kicker CompVR.

Scooped: Sirius Starmate 5!

The satellite radio junkies over at Orbitcast got the scoop on the new Sirius Starmate 5 before its official release thanks to the FCC's website. The Starmate series is one of Sirius' basic portable/dockable solutions for satellite radio. Like most current Sirius portables, it will feature the Sirius universal dock so it can also be used as a direct-connect tuner for your aftermarket or factory radio (like what Mr. Mobile showed us in the latest "I Want That" video.) Here are some of the specs for the new Starmate 5:

• Sirius Replay: Pause/rewind/replay up to 44 minutes of live radio
• Memo function: Store up to 30 favorite songs and artists, plus a favorite sports team or NASCAR car, and be alerted whenever they're on.
• Wide-angle 5-line display
• Built-in wireless FM transmitter
• Remote control
• Universal dock

Sneak Peek: Massive Audio D-Block Amps

I was able to get my hands on a few sneak peek photos of Massive's new D-Block amplifier. Specs are still kind of hush hush, but we'll have them for you as soon as we get the word!

I really think these look great and am a fan of the lower profile simple design - makes flush-mounting pretty simple. These should look great in just about any install.
